As an experienced Project Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting diverse projects for public and private clients. Key duties include organizing meetings, managing action items, and assisting engineers with administrative tasks. Your contribution will ensure seamless project execution and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage meeting agendas and records
• Provide administrative support to managers and engineers
• Coordinate budgets and invoicing for projects
• Produce project tender documents and reports
• Assist with proposal preparation and business development
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business or Office Administration
• 6 to 8 years of administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Share Point
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent data analysis skills
