Key Responsibilities:

• Set up floral arrangements and other essential items for services

• Prepare documents related to cremations and ceremonies

• Answer phones and manage office tasks effectively

• Drive vehicles and park cars during services

• Support families throughout visitations and memorials

Requirements:

• Preferred experience in customer service or sales

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable record

• MS Office proficiency preferred; eagerness to learn is essential

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• A compassionate and professional team member
