In this receptionist role, you’ll play a crucial part in facilitating seamless interactions, maintaining an organized reception area, and promoting the organization's values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer calls, redirect inquiries, and take messages
• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly manner
• Manage internal mail and external courier deliveries
• Organize meeting room schedules and bookings
• Keep the reception area clean and well-maintained
Requirements:
• Above average communication skills, both oral and written
• Previous experience in a reception setting preferred
• Professional telephone demeanor required
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
