In this integral role, you will provide administrative support to Sask Power's Executive Office with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing tasks. With seven years of experience, you will establish critical administrative processes and liaise with other departments to align departmental goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle administrative inquiries and clerical tasks efficiently
• Develop and implement administrative policies
• Coordinate schedules and travel for executive meetings
• Manage sensitive documentation confidentially
• Contribute to departmental budget planning and control
Requirements:
• Seven years of administration or clerical experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven capability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
