Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and direct all incoming phone calls professionally
• Greet and assist customers arriving at the dealership
• Welcome showroom visitors and address their needs
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of the customer waiting lounge
• Support administrative tasks and review deliveries in systems
Requirements:
• Two years of reception experience or equivalent
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive problem-solving attitude under pressure
• Dealership experience preferred
