Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the scale to weigh metal materials accurately
• Record weights and data in computer systems
• Greet and assist customers professionally
• Maintain accurate transaction records and types of materials
• Process payments and verify identification of drivers
Requirements:
• Experience as a scale house operator or in customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scale software
• Ability to manage cash transactions
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
