Duties:
The Administrative Assistant provides a variety of general administrative and clerical services in the main office in the school.
Education & Qualifications
A minimum of one (1) year post-secondary education in a related field such as business administration or office administration
A minimum of one (1) year administrative assistant experience
An intermediate proficiency level of bookkeeping
A minimum keyboarding speed of 45 words per minute (w.p.m.)
A working knowledge of computers and Microsoft applications of Excel, Outlook and Word
Wage & Benefits
In accordance with the current CUPE Local 5512 Collective Bargaining Agreement. Currently, this is a range of $21.68 to $25.62 per hour.
