This Job

As an Order Processing Administrator
, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every order flows seamlessly from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for reviewing and processing customer orders, creating and distributing order packages, maintaining accurate data and internal controls, and making sure all information is clear and correct before it moves forward. You’ll also be the go-to support for internal teams, providing timely updates and information.

This position requires someone who is organized, proactive, and able to understand technical details while working in close collaboration with multiple departments.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the flow of new orders and remakes from initiation to completion.
  • Review all orders for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal controls.
  • Ensure all data entered into order systems is accurate and compliant with standards.
  • Prepare and distribute order submission packages for internal teams and external partners.
  • Monitor and track the status of active and pending orders, following up to ensure timely processing.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to internal stakeholders upon request.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative or order processing experience (construction or home improvement industry preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in data entry and document review.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with order management systems is an asset.
  • Ability to quickly understand and apply technical concepts related to orders and products.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple teams.
