Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries for the CAO and Mayor

• Organize and support internal and external meetings

• Draft correspondence and presentations as required

• Oversee mail and communications management

• Assist in the administration of the Corporate Policy Manual

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Business or related fields

• At least four years of relevant executive assistant experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong project and event coordination skills

• Fluency in multiple languages is an asset
