Join Kwanlin Dün First Nation as an on-call Receptionist Auxiliary, providing essential support to the Executive Director's office. This role includes responding to inquiries, managing mail, and performing various administrative tasks.
The AOC Receptionist reports to the Executive Assistant and ensures efficient reception and office administration. Key responsibilities involve directing phone calls, providing program information, and managing correspondence. Ideal candidates will possess strong client service skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office as well as organizational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to phone and in-person inquiries effectively
• Manage internal mail and maintain reception area
• Provide program and service information to visitors
• Type and photocopy reports, memos, and meeting minutes
• Coordinate meetings as needed
Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent with office experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle documents
• Familiarity with Yukon First Nations history preferred
