As a vital member of our infrastructure division, you will support various projects by organizing team meetings, coordinating budgets, and managing client agreements. You'll play an essential role in ensuring quality control for project documentation and contribute to proposal preparations. Your expertise will facilitate seamless project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage meeting agendas and records
• Assist engineers and managers with administrative tasks
• Coordinate project budgets and invoicing processes
• Produce quality project tender documents
• Conduct data analysis and reporting
Requirements:
• Business Administration or Office Administration diploma
• 6-8 years of professional administrative experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with project coordination experience
