Join Security Key and Lock Service as an Office Administrative Assistant. This position requires strong multitasking abilities and excellent written communication to support office operations effectively.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, handling telephone inquiries, and maintaining office supplies. You’ll also greet clients and ensure they are directed to the appropriate contacts. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial to managing documents and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments
• Answer and relay telephone calls and messages
• Maintain inventory and order office supplies
• Greet clients and direct them accordingly
• Type and proofread correspondence and documents
Requirements:
• Familiarity with MS Outlook, MS Access, and MS Office
• Strong judgment and accurate task execution
• Capability to multitask in a structured environment
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills
• Client-focused and reliable work ethic
Support the daily operations of Security Key and Lock through effective administrative assistance.
