Your role will blend administrative duties with file and inventory management, ensuring a positive office environment.
As an Office Clerk III, you will be instrumental in maintaining and supervising file management systems. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong computer skills and the ability to manage TRONIA operations. Your contributions will include training junior clerks and ensuring accurate inventory keying, all while upholding a courteous and professional image.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee training of Office Clerk I – File Maintenance
• Maintain and update Item Master and Vendor Master Files
• Conduct daily procedures assuring inventory accuracy
• Coordinate software and hardware maintenance
• Complete period-end reporting accurately
Requirements:
• Graduation from Grade 12; business degree/diploma an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong proficiency in computer operations
• Familiarity with Excel preferred
• Ability to manage lifting requirements and shift rotations
