In this position, you will report to the Head of Career & Professional Development, engaging in various administrative tasks. You'll assist visitors, resolve inquiries, and prepare comprehensive reports. Your organizational skills will help establish timelines and maintain student and employer data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in Graduation and Convocation activities for students
• Support administrative needs of transfer credit and Letters of Permission
• Generate academic action lists and manage program audits
• Track stats and support intensive summer courses
• Schedule and prepare for annual advisory meetings
Requirements:
• Grade 12 and completion of a recognized business course
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with university academic programs and policies
• Strong office practices and records management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
