Position: Wealth Management Support Clerk Role
CLIC seeks an Administrative Support Clerk to enhance Wealth Operations. Thrive in an office environment managing documents and providing essential administrative support in both English and French.

This role is integral to the Wealth Management team, supporting individual insurance and retirement departments. You will manage electronic documents, sort incoming items, and ensure timely report distribution. If you’re organized and detail-oriented, this position is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Index electronic documents received via various platforms

• Maintain email inboxes for wealth management departments

• Proofread and upload documents to relevant systems

• Prepare cheques and handle returned mail statuses

• Distribute daily reports across departments

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in Wealth Management

• Completion of post-secondary education

• Strong attention to detail

• Basic keyboarding skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Contribute your skills to support clients with CLIC, ensuring their financial security and satisfaction.
