As part of a leading Canadian cooperative, this full-time position is crucial for maintaining effective operations within individual wealth management services. You will handle electronic documents, manage email correspondence, and coordinate cheque distributions for various departments. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and index incoming electronic documents
• Process and prepare outgoing cheques
• Update statuses for returned mail efficiently
• Distribute daily operational reports to staff
• Upload documents and maintain SharePoint records
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in the industry
• Completion of some post-secondary education
• Ability to adapt to quick changes
• Strong detail orientation and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
