WCB is seeking an Information Handling Clerk at our Regina Head Office. This permanent position is tailored for candidates skilled in customer service and document management in a fast-paced setting.
In this role, you will be responsible for processing all incoming information accurately, ensuring compliance with WCB's customer service standards. Strong communication skills for both phone and written interactions are essential, along with the ability to edit business correspondence. Knowledge of business software, particularly Microsoft Office and the FOIP Act, will be pivotal to your success within this collaborative office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process incoming information from internal and external customers
• Deliver superior customer service via phone and in writing
• Draft and edit business emails and letters
• Utilize Microsoft Office, Adobe, and ERM systems
• Make informed decisions and work effectively in a team
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months office experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic office setting
