Support efficient office operations as an Administrative Assistant with a Canadian-based recruitment organization. This full-time position involves phone management, report preparation, scheduling, and more.
The Administrative Assistant will perform vital organizational support tasks. Candidates need proven experience in administrative roles, preferably as an Administrative or Virtual Assistant, with at least three years of relevant experience. Key skills include proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent time management for multitasking demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally
• Organize appointments and prevent scheduling conflicts
• Prepare reports and materials for meetings
• Plan travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations
• Maintain an efficient filing system and inventory management
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
• Associate’s Degree in a related field
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Multilingual abilities preferred or required
