Executive Assistant to the President and CEO
Reporting directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Executive Assistant provides high‑level, confidential administrative support in a one‑on‑one working relationship. The Confidential Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners on all matters pertaining to the office of the President and CEO. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the executive leadership team.

This role will coordinate the activities and coverage of the out‑of‑scope Confidential Executive Assistants.

Qualifications

A post‑secondary certificate in office education and 5–7 years administrative experience.

Knowledge of office management and administrative procedures and protocols.

Consideration will be given to a suitable combination of education and experience.

Skills

Must be able to support senior level administrators and work effectively and discretely with confidential and sensitive information.

Ability to input, edit, retrieve, format, transmit and link file data, create and generate queries, diverse reports and documents utilizing word processing databases, spreadsheets, communications and other software packages with speed and accuracy.

Capable of communicating effectively, both in writing and verbally, including communication of complex issues, policies, and procedures to a variety of audiences.

Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
