We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage our front desk operations. This role welcomes families, directs visitors, and answers routine inquiries in a compassionate manner. Applicants should have at least six months of office, receptionist, or administrative experience, plus proficiency in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist guests upon arrival
• Notify staff of appointments and escort guests accordingly
• Answer routine questions about services and directions
• Notify management of customer service issues
• Maintain a welcoming and tidy guest area
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of receptionist or office experience preferred
• Proficient in telephone operations and office equipment
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
