Position OverviewWe are looking for a Part-Time Filing Clerk to join our team at Dilawri Group of Companies
- Regina, SK
.The successful candidate is someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and eager to contribute to our growing team.
- Document Organization: Sort and file paperwork alphabetically, numerically, orchronologically in physical cabinets and digital databases.
- File Retrieval: Find and deliver requested files and maintain logs to trackborrowed documents.
- Archiving& Purging: Safely store long-term files or destroy outdated recordsfollowing company rules.
- Ordering supplies: Order office supplies, verify receipt of items and send invoiceto AP to process.
- Distributeoffice supply orders: Receive orders by email and organize items to be sent todealerships.
- Dealershipcash pickup: Daily go to the 8 dealerships and collect cash from the safe.
- Weekly Bank run: Take cash and deposit at BMO.
- Credit Card Reconciliation: Reconcile credit cards daily and follow up on unpaid itemsweekly.
- Gas Books: Track and manage gas booklets on spreadsheet.
- Confidentiality: Protect sensitive and private company or client information
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in labeling, sorting, and filing.
- Organization: Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Computer Literacy: Familiarity with office software and emails
- Education: Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
