The Saskatchewan Health Authority seeks an Administrative Assistant for Wascana Rehabilitation Centre. This position provides confidential support to assigned Directors and helps maintain efficient portfolio operations. Success requires planning, organization, editing, minute taking, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide confidential administrative support to assigned Directors
Coordinate workflow with administrative support staff
Edit materials for clarity, accuracy, and conciseness
Take minutes and synthesize information
Provide support services during staff absences
Requirements:
Grade 12 and recognized business course completion
Three to five years in senior administrative assistant work
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Access
Strong organizational, planning, interpersonal, and communication skills
Confidentiality, initiative, independent judgment, and problem-solving ability
Use administrative expertise, discretion, and collaborative communication to support Saskatchewan Health Authority Directors at Wascana Rehabilitation Centre.
