Support customers and equipment departments as an Office Administrator at Redhead Equipment’s Regina location, using communication and administrative skills daily.
This Office Administrator works from the reception desk in a team atmosphere. You will process correspondence, greet and assist customers, handle mail, and complete administrative functions. The position supports Redhead Equipment’s Parts, Service, and Sales departments while serving customers across its agricultural, construction, and truck and trailer equipment business.
Key Responsibilities:- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Greet and assist customers by phone and in person
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Complete data entry, filing, and bank deposits
- Support Parts, Service, and Sales departments administratively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Keen attention to detail
- Friendly, outgoing, and highly motivated team approach
