Welcome residents and visitors as a Receptionist at Cogir Senior Living, using polished telephone communication and professional interpersonal skills daily.

Reporting to on-site Management, this Receptionist answers incoming calls, directs visitors, and responds to inquiries positively. The position supports retirement residences offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Cogir Senior Living focuses on retirees’ happiness and meaningful work.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally
• Redirect calls and take clear, concise messages
• Greet, assist, and direct all visitors
• Sort internal mail and manage external mail delivery
• Schedule meeting rooms and update distribution lists

• Above-average interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous reception experience considered an asset
• Professional and polished telephone manner
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Microsoft Office expertise including Word, Excel, and Power Point
