The Provincial Archives of Saskatchewan is looking for an Information Management Analyst to provide comprehensive RIM services. In this role, you will advise various public organizations on government practices, develop training materials, and implement information management frameworks. Your proactive approach will ensure compliance and enhance the overall governance of records management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and evaluate records management policies and governance tools
• Advise on compliance with RIM principles and standards
• Manage records disposition and related activities
• Conduct targeted training for stakeholders
• Drive the effective execution of information management programs
Requirements:
• Master's degree in a related discipline or significant RIM experience
• Extensive knowledge of RIM legislation and compliance
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with archival functions and professional training development
• Innovative and collaborative mindset in information management
