Intermediate Technical Proposal & RFP Advisor
Duration: 3 Month Contract

Overview
Our public sector client is seeking an Intermediate Technical Proposal & RFP Advisor to support a procurement project. The successful candidate will work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, provide guidance on procurement documentation, and develop a comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) package.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Analyze and document business and technical requirements.
- Provide advice and recommendations related to RFP development.
- Draft, review, and refine procurement documentation, including Statements of Work (SOW), requirements, and evaluation criteria.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into clear and concise procurement documents.
- Collaborate with business, technical, and procurement teams throughout the RFP development process.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with project objectives.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Security clearance requirement
Enhanced reliability or higher - 3-5+ years of experience in technical writing, business analysis, procurement support, or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience writing RFPs for Government of Canada (GoC) IT projects
. - Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent technical writing and documentation abilities.
- Experience developing Statements of Work, technical requirements, and evaluation criteria.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting federal government or broader public sector procurement initiatives.
- Knowledge of Government of Canada procurement processes and documentation standards.
- Experience with IT-related projects and procurements.
This is an independent consultant position for contract work with a Kyndryl client and is not a direct staff position with Kyndryl
