Use analytics and customer feedback as a Pricing/Valuation Product Manager at JD Power, working remotely across Canada or the United States. Shape SaaS solutions for automotive finance customers.
This Product Manager supports JD Power’s Pricing/Valuation product organization. You will manage product issues, evaluate ideas, scope enhancements, and maintain roadmaps for data and analytical solutions. The work connects customer needs with engineering, data science, customer success, and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess product issues, analyze root causes, and coordinate timely resolutions
- Evaluate product ideas for impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment
- Create requirements for features, improvements, and product enhancements
- Maintain roadmaps, dependencies, timelines, and key milestones
- Support launches with use cases, demos, training, and messaging
- Required bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or technical field
- Product management or ownership experience with SaaS data solutions
- Automotive industry background strongly preferred
- Experience with Thought Spot, Tableau, business intelligence tools, or SQL preferred
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and customer engagement skills
