Shape go-to-market execution at Affim using pricing strategy, operational design, and performance analysis in a remote-first environment. Turn complex initiatives into field-ready motions.
As GTM Strategy and Operations Lead, you will translate product and pricing initiatives into commercially viable, operationally sound launches. You will partner with Product, Product Marketing, Legal, Rev Ops, and Pricing while equipping CSMs, AEs, and TAMs. The work spans rollout planning, implementation, adoption, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:- Own go-to-market operations for field teams executing strategic initiatives
- Translate Product, Legal, Risk, and Pricing inputs into processes
- Manage Affim's AI contract dashboard for eligibility visibility
- Build tools and playbooks for renewals, pricing, and product launches
- Analyze performance data and flag launch risks early
- Six or more years in business, revenue, or sales operations
- Experience owning go-to-market motions through rollout and adoption
- Cross-functional experience with Product, Sales, Legal, or Pricing
- SQL experience querying and analyzing data for decisions
- Familiarity with merchant, payments, or SaaS sales motions
