Ensuring thatall safety regulations are followed on the job site at alltimes.

Providingadvice to clients .

Making certainthat the sites are secure.

Management ofwork groups, materials, and equipment.

Inspectingthe work of employed employees and subcontractors .

Obtainingbuilding permits and licenses.

Calculatethe costs and materials.

Preparebids and other reports.

Activitiesmust be coordinated and scheduled.

Work activities must be coordinated with other project supervisors ormanagers.

Ascertainthat all health and safety regulations are followed.

Examineblueprints and sketches.

Material sand supplies must be requested.

Resolvework issues and make recommendations to increase productivity.

Requirements

Bachelor ‘s degree in construction science, building science, surveying, or safetyin construction.

At least 5 years of construction experience is required.

Licenses and bondsare required.

Business and communication skills.

Courses in project management would be beneficial.

Knowledge of project management software.

Terms of Employment:

Permanent Position

32 to 44 hours per week

Salary:  $35.00 - $49.50 per hour
