Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Skilled Labourers to join our high-growth organization. This role is ideal for detail-oriented, driven individuals who take pride in their work. This position plays a key role in meeting project deadlines and supporting overall customer satisfaction.

• Build, layout, and strip bridge formwork in accordance with plans and specifications, including grade calculations
• Assist with concrete placement, finishing, and curing for bridge structures
• Prepare job sites, including excavation, layout, and setup for structural work
• Operate tools and equipment such as skid steers, power tools, and hand tools
• Level and place aggregate to required grades
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite at all times
• Direct traffic in and around active construction zones as required
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including consistent use of PPE
• Work collaboratively with crew members and support the Foreman as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 3+ years of experience in bridge construction, formwork, or heavy civil concrete work
• Experience with structural concrete, falsework, and shoring systems is an asset
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and small equipment
• Experience working in environmentally sensitive areas is an asset
• Valid Class G driver’s license
• Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and travel as required
