Position: Concrete Finisher with Leadership Role

Amrize Construction is seeking a Lead Hand Concrete Finisher in Saskatoon, SK, for municipal projects. This full-time role involves leading a skilled crew to ensure quality and safety in every aspect.

As the Lead Hand, you will coordinate and supervise concrete crew activities, assisting with all phases of concrete work—from site preparation to finishing surfaces. Your leadership will be vital in promoting safety culture and training junior members while ensuring project specifications are adhered to at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate concrete crew work

• Prepare work sites including forms and concrete pouring

• Maintain and operate concrete construction tools

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes

• Mentor junior crew members for skill development

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in concrete construction

• Excellent supervisory and communication skills

• Knowledge in finishing and curing concrete

• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation

• Strong commitment to safety standards
