Position: Pipelayer for Water Sewer Construction
Be a vital part of Regina's infrastructure as a Pipelayer in Water and Sewer Construction. This role involves hands-on work in new construction, repair, and maintenance within the sewer drainage operations.

The City of Regina is seeking a Pipelayer to contribute to impactful water and sewer projects. You will perform tasks including trench digging, pipe laying, and interpreting blueprints to ensure compliance. This position requires strong adherence to safety regulations in excavation depths of 15 feet or more while maintaining excellent relationships with coworkers and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct new construction and repairs for water and sewer systems

• Dig trenches manually and with power tools

• Signal equipment operators for precise excavation work

• Lay pipes and ensure alignment using laser levels

• Perform water quality tests and maintain city safety standards

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or GED and two years of relevant experience

• Level 2 Operator Certification in water/wastewater

• Knowledge of safety regulations and excavation methods

• Valid Class 1 Driver’s License with “A” Endorsement

• Ability to work in confined spaces under varied conditions
