Brandt is seeking a Site Supervisor in Regina, SK, to coordinate in office activities of construction projects and ensure quality assurance throughout the construction lifecycle. In this supervisory role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations on site, managing supplier and subcontractor activities, and ensuring projects adhere to specifications and timelines. Your background in construction management, along with skills in blueprints and cost tracking, will empower you to meet project objectives efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise repairs, layout, and forming on site
- Manage renovation execution and site staging
- Conduct tool and asset inventory management
- Ensure effective scheduling of construction projects
- Communicate site needs and safety requirements clearly
- Proven leadership within the construction industry
- Required experience in property development/management
- Certification as a Journeyman Carpenter Red Seal or higher
- Demonstrated skills in job site safety training
- Clean abstract and solid verbal communication skills
