Position: General Contractor Site Superintendent Role

Take charge of commercial construction as a General Contractor Site Superintendent in Manitoba, with roles starting May/June 2026 and a competitive salary of $125,000 - $150,000.

You will lead various construction projects, focusing on safety, productivity, and team dynamics. Applicants should have extensive construction management experience and be well-versed in contract administration. This role demands strong leadership skills to inspire teams and manage complex projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop master project schedules and coordinate with subcontractors

• Lead daily site operations and ensure quality standards

• Conduct weekly meetings to track subcontractor progress

• Manage materials procurement and site logistics

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in commercial construction management
