Drive successful construction initiatives as a Project Superintendent, maintaining high standards of safety and quality on-site. This role is for those with excellent management and problem-solving skills.
As a Project Superintendent, your key role will be to oversee operational activities while ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will be responsible for coordinating work among subcontractors, managing project timelines, and addressing challenges as they arise. Your leadership will guide site teams toward achieving quality and efficiency in construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance
• Oversee project budgets and verify contractor payments
• Maintain accurate records of site activities and conditions
• Ensure safety protocols are followed rigorously
• Facilitate communication between project managers and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred
• At least 5 years of site management experience
• Strong ability to analyze budgets and workflows
• Experience in leading safety initiatives on-site
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
