In this role, you will assist Project Managers in coordinating daily activities and tracking vital project metrics such as schedule and cost. Your organizational prowess will shine through as you maintain project records while supporting ongoing communications across various teams. Your contributions will be essential for achieving project milestones and maintaining governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day execution activities for projects
• Manage documentation like site instructions and field logs
• Assist in the collection of estimating inputs and RFQs
• Support procurement efforts for subcontractors and materials
• Facilitate the creation of project dashboards and reports
Requirements:
• 2–6 years of experience in project coordination
• Background education in Construction or Project Management
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong understanding of project workflows
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
