We are hiring Subcontractors, Job Site Supervisors, and Painters
Key Components of the Role Include:
Project

• Supervisors Maintain regular contact with customers both in person and via phone
• Attend all meetings as scheduled by Production Supervisor
• Ensure that all health and safety guide lines are followed at all times by self and crew members, as per company standards.
• Prepare, clean and sand surfaces to be painted,
• Repair cracks and holes,
• Erect scaffolding,
• Apply paint, wallpaper and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces, Brush painting, Roller painting, Airless spray equipment

Administrative

• Supervisors train and develop crew member skills
• Painters are good team players and willing to learn to advance
• Deliver and distributes information and specification as requested
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education, and Experience

• Supervisors have at least 5 years successfully completing large painting projects in commercial and/or residential settings, controlling budgets, safety, quality, and crews.
• Painters have experience working on painting projects of all sizes.
• Subcontractors own a vehicle to transport your own tools and or crew to different job sites in Calgary.
• Excellent leadership and time management skills.
• Provide excellent customer service delivering jobs on budget on time and with high quality.
• Eager to take on projects and deliver extraordinary experiences to Certa Pro customers.
• Drywall skill considered a huge asset!
