Lead a dedicated team as a Crew Foreperson based locally in SE Saskatchewan. Engage with project supervisors and manage operations from kick-off to completion in this hands-on role.

This position involves coordinating project activities in Carlyle, Estevan, and Weyburn while providing oversight and supervision for the crew. You will also attend safety meetings and address unsafe practices promptly to ensure a secure work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Project Supervisors for effective crew management

• Supervise teams through all project phases

• Attend safety and operational meetings regularly

• Collaborate with operators for excavation and grading tasks

• Identify and report unsafe work conditions promptly

Requirements:

• Valid H2S Alive and Standard First Aid certificates

• Previous experience in pipeline operations preferred

• Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing

• Detail-oriented with strong mechanical skills

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
