Responsibilities   Ensure that all safety regulations are followed on the job site at all times.
Hire specialized subcontractors when necessary and coordinate their work.
Provide advice to clients and ensure sites are secure.
Manage work groups, materials, and equipment; inspect the work of employees and subcontractors.
Maintain accurate financial records; obtain building permits and licenses.
Monitor schedules; calculate costs and materials; prepare bids and other reports.
Coordinate activities with other project supervisors or managers; resolve work issues to increase productivity.
Examine blueprints and sketches; request materials and supplies as needed.
Develop strategies to meet work deadlines and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree in construction science, building science, surveying, or safety in construction.
At least 5 years of construction experience.
Licenses and bonds are required.
Strong business and communication skills.
Courses in project management are beneficial.
Knowledge of project management software.

Hours:

32 to 44 hours per week (day, evening, weekend; overtime as needed)
Salary: $35.00 - $49.50 per hour
