Bird Construction is searching for a student to fill a 4 or 8-month co-op position starting in September 2026. This role focuses on digital construction deployment, design coordination, and collaboration with site teams to enhance logistics. You'll gain experience with leading tools and train others in key workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform project duties related to digital construction deployment

• Assist in design coordination and identify constructability issues

• Collaborate on site logistics and schedule visualization models

• Act as Model Administrator for assigned projects

• Train project staff on digital construction software

Requirements:

• Enrolled in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture

• GPA of 3.0 or higher with one semester remaining

• Experience with Revit and Navisworks recommended

• Strong organizational and communication skills required

• Valid work permit to work for Bird Construction
