Health Safety Environment Advisor

This full-time role targets candidates with 3-5 years of experience in heavy construction or heavy equipment. You'll drive safety culture by training staff, conducting workplace audits, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The position requires local residence in Regina and involves approximately 35% travel within Canada, plus a commitment to upholding safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct workplace investigations and audits for safety compliance
• Train employees in best safety practices
• Monitor compliance using in-house databases
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and clients
• Monitor and enforce OH&S regulations
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in heavy construction or heavy equipment
• OH&S Certificate, CRSP, NCSO preferred
• Knowledge of provincial health and safety legislation
• Clean driver's license for company vehicle use
• Strong communication and computer skills
