Step into a pivotal role as Senior Site Construction Manager for Bell's AI Fabric initiative in Regina. Oversee multifaceted construction projects from planning through to commissioning, prioritizing safety and excellence.
This senior-level role allows you to drive high-stakes construction projects crucial for establishing national AI infrastructure. You will ensure that daily operations run smoothly, supervising teams and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Your expertise will be essential in managing contracts, schedules, and project quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily construction plans for the Regina site

• Supervise contractors and ensure quality standards

• Monitor site safety and enforce regulations

• Control costs and manage progress effectively

• Coordinate with engineering for RFIs and changes
Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant construction management experience

• Experience in hyperscale or mission-critical projects

• Solid understanding of Saskatchewan building codes

• Skills in contractor management and planning tools

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
