Position: HSE Supervisor for PCL in Ontario
Take a lead in safety as the HSE Supervisor at PCL Solar Constructors Canada Inc. in Ontario. This project-based role empowers you to mitigate risks and foster safe work practices across various sites.

As an HSE Supervisor with PCL, you'll harness your experience to implement and support project HSE plans and ensure regulatory compliance. You’ll be at the forefront, delivering specialized training, leading inspections, and advising on hazard identification. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement project-specific HSE plans and practices

• Deliver HSE training tailored to project needs

• Conduct safety inspections and monitor performance

• Develop and evaluate emergency response and environmental plans

• Coach and mentor HSE Coordinators and staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety

• 5 years of safety experience in a relevant industry

• Previous supervisory experience preferred

• Strong understanding of OH&S legislation

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
