You will be responsible for overseeing contractor safety performance, compliance with regulations, and conducting thorough safety audits. Your leadership is essential in ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and you will collaborate closely with project managers and workers to track safety metrics and enhance safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and verify contractor HSE program alignment
• Conduct regular safety audits and field observations
• Monitor high-risk activities and safety performance
• Engage in safety communications and discussions
• Lead investigations on safety incidents and resolutions
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years in construction safety roles
• NCSO certification required
• Extensive experience in industrial safety management
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills in safety
• Knowledge of Saskatchewan OHS regulations
Drive safety excellence in construction environments as a Construction Site Safety Leader.
