Become a part of RLS Construction and Renovation Inc. as a Construction Labourer and Helper. Contribute to impactful construction projects while engaging in various hands-on tasks outdoors.
The role involves working in environments that are often noisy, dusty, and ponsibilities include loading materials, assisting with demolition, erecting structures, and ensuring site cleanliness. This position is designed to welcome newcomers, youths, and support Indigenous mentorship through skill-building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload construction materials efficiently
• Erect scaffolding and barricades for safety
• Mix and pour construction materials such as concrete
• Assist in building and framing tasks for structures
• Clean up debris and direct traffic at job sites
Requirements:
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
• Available for flexible hours including early shifts
• No experience necessary; open to newcomers and visible minorities
• Commitment to positive environmental impacts
• Team-oriented approach with a focus on learning
