Disaster Recovery Project Manager at First Onsite

We are seeking a Project Manager (Project Manager I) who is passionate about restoration and helping communities recover after unexpected events. You will coordinate all aspects of restoration projects, from securing estimates to managing teams and meeting project goals. Strong organizational and communication skills are key to ensuring success and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess damages and create clear project scopes

• Estimate project costs using Xactimate software

• Coordinate project resources and subcontractors

• Update homeowners and insurers on project progress

• Monitor budgets and schedules closely

Requirements:

• 2-3 years as a Project Manager or similar role

• Knowledge of restoration and health/safety regulations

• Experience with estimating software, particularly Xactimate

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Valid driver's license and able to manage physical tasks
