CCR Construction Ltd. is seeking an Estimator for industrial construction projects in Saskatchewan, focused on delivering precise and competitive cost estimates. Your skills will be vital in acquiring new work and ensuring project feasibility.
As an Estimator, you will engage in the full estimating process, preparing both quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates for various construction projects. Your analytical skills and knowledge of market conditions will play a significant role in managing bids and collaborating with project teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for projects
• Review specifications and develop pricing
• Analyze subcontractor bids for accuracy
• Identify project risks and cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborate with project teams during bid preparation
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in related field
• Experience in estimating for industrial projects
• Familiarity with construction methods and materials
• Proficient in estimating software and advanced Excel
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities
