Hybrid Project Manager at FCL

Join Federated Co-operatives Limited as a Project Manager in a hybrid role to lead capital construction projects across various cities. This position demands strong leadership and project lifecycle expertise.

As a Project Manager II within the Facilities, Design & Development team, you'll oversee projects spanning Regina, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Calgary, and Edmonton. This role requires proactive management of project phases including engineering, procurement, and construction, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. Your collaboration with Local Co-ops and stakeholders will be key to achieving high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead capital projects from design to closeout

• Manage relationships with Local Co-ops and consultants

• Facilitate design coordination and planning meetings

• Monitor schedules, budgets, and contractor performance

• Provide mentorship to project team members

Requirements:

• 8+ years of project management experience

• Bachelor's Degree, Engineering preferred

• Strong understanding of CCDC standards

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Willingness to travel up to 25% for project needs
