Brandt Corporate Services Ltd. is seeking a skilled and creative Multimedia Photographer and Editor to join our dynamic team. This position is responsible for capturing, editing, and managing high-quality photographic content to support a wide range of internal and external marketing initiatives. In addition to helping to establish and maintain a consistent visual standard across the organization. The ideal candidate will also support process development and Digital Asset Management (DAM) initiatives to ensure Brandt’s photo library is efficient, accessible, and future-ready.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality, professional images for marketing, sales, corporate communications, and promotional use to support brand objectives.
  • Edit and Retouch photos using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Bridge to deliver polished, publication-ready assets.
  • Collaborate with multimedia, design, account managers and internal teams to create cohesive visual content aligned with campaign strategies.
  • Develop and Maintain consistent photographic standards and workflows to ensure uniformity across all projects.
  • Organize and catalogue photographic/video assets in alignment with Digital Asset Management (DAM) protocols for quick and efficient retrieval.
  • Support the configuration, rollout, and continuous improvement of the DAM system to improve content accessibility and usability.
  • Maintain and Troubleshoot photography equipment to ensure reliability and recommend upgrades as needed.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions to support brand storytelling and new marketing initiatives.
  • Travel to capture on-location content in alignment with campaign or project needs, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.
  • Represent the photography function in cross-functional planning meetings to provide input on visual strategy and content needs.

Required Skills
  • Strong understanding of visual composition, lighting techniques, and post-production workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to create content aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail in asset organization, naming conventions, and file delivery.
  • Proven experience working effectively in cross-functional and creative teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas and providing creative feedback.
Required Experience
  • Diploma or degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Multimedia Production, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in photography and photo editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse work.
  • Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Lightroom, and Bridge.
  • Working knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems; experience implementing or managing DAM systems is an asset
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (for travel to shoots)
  • Valid, Advanced UAV License
  • Certifications in photography, digital media, or DAM software are considered an asset.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site shoots and corporate events.
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on project timelines and shooting schedules.
