Overview
Leons is looking for a Full Time Customer Care Associate focused on delivering a world class customer service experience to valued customers.
Responsibilities- Complete daily reports
- Maintain customer accounts
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Assist customers with after sales service
- Ability to communicate clearly, both written and orally
- Fun, friendly, confident personalities
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
- Ability to interact professionally with customers
- Some evenings and weekends shifts required
